Pvt. Ltd.’, Dhoraji, are engaged in manufacturing, supplying, wholesaling
and exporting a broad array of Plastic Products. Our range encompasses PP Sutli, Box Strapping Rolls, PP Ropes, PP Niwar, Plastic Carry Bag, PVC Fittings
and Injection Molding Products. We manufacture 90 metric tons of PP Niwar monthly having three manufacturing units to fulfill the requirement of today's market. Our products are fabricated as per industry
norms & standards using advanced machines and techniques. These are widely
used for varied purposes such as hunting, pulling, fastening, attaching,
carrying, lifting and climbing. Our products are known for their high strength
and the ability to bear bulk loads.

Plastic Niwar. We are using Reliance PP Granules to manufacture the same and
also check the quality before dispatch to the customer. We are having expert
machine operators having the experience of more than 10 years. Our main market
for these products is in European and American countries where the quality is
matter.
Like
our other next2 virgin products we use high quality PP Raw Material made from
plant waste and other scrape. Look wise this and strength wise this Next2 Virgin PP Niwar is same as virgin but the material used in lower in transparency
just lower the cost with the same life. We are having wide variety of colors
in PP Niwar according to customer’s requirements. As we believe in quality our
customer can get 100% satisfaction with our products.
This
quality is economically efficient due to its lower cost with high quality. We are
manufacturing 40MT Semi Virgin Niwar monthly for our domestic market and
supplying this in 9 states in India. In manufacturing this Niwar we use plastic
lumps, pp granules and some other plastic ingredients to make the best quality
with lowest price.
In
the Reprocessed PP Niwar production we use calcium powder to make in biodegradable
and also lower down the manufacturing cost. We can supply the cheapest PP Niwar
in India with the best look and strength as per client’s requirement. Due to
calcium powder this Niwar can decompose in presence of sun light within 3
month.
